Geographic-Team Leader

This is a team management position for individuals who have had previous sales experience and effective management skills.

  • A Geo-Team Leader (GTL) will build their own sales team, positively motivate team members and perform sales themselves.
  • A GTL will be in charge of a specific area local to them.
  • A GTL will be responsible for team meeting to help organize and promote sales efforts.
  • A GTL will also track weekly sales production and report to head management.

GTL compensation is 25% of their own sales and 5% of all team members’ sales. Renewals will be compensated at 5% for their own accounts and 3% for all team members’ account renewals. These renewals are only paid to the GTL’s as long as they are under MyBirthTeam employment.

At this stage, GTL’s will be independent contractors and will be provided a 1099 form for taxes until further notice.

Sales Team Member

This sales position is for enthusiastic and motivated individuals. The position requires Sales Team Members (STM) to sell advertising listings to Providers (The Big 5) and Specialty Providers. Once an Advertiser signs up through a STM, part of the STM responsibility will be to ensure continual renewals from that Advertiser. STMs will report weekly to their Geo-Team Leader (GTL) with any sales, ideas, questions or concerns.

STM compensation is 20% of their own sales. Renewals will be compensated at 5% for their own accounts. These renewals are only paid to the STM’s as long as they are under MyBirthTeam employment.

At this stage, STM’s will be independent contractors and will be provided a 1099 form for taxes until further notice.
