Congratulations -- you're on week 6!
Physical Changes
Usually your nausea is in full swing now, so you may lose a little weight at this time. Don’t worry this is normal and will resolve as soon as you are feeling better. Your lower abdomen may feel a little fuller as well. Emotional Feelings
It’s sometimes hard to feel excited when your exhausted and spending a good portion of the day either trying not to loose your lunch or having a closer than you would like, relationship with your toilet bowl.
About Baby
Starting to really look like a tadpole. It is about .08 to .16 inches. The heartbeat can sometimes be detected through ultrasound. Eyes and limbs are now forming.
Things To Consider
“This too shall pass” Check with your OB/Midwife about your iron level. You may need more iron if you are super tired all the time.. Iron supplements tend to make women constipated. So try to find a whole food supplement and take it with orange juice as this is easier to absorb.
