Week 7
Your Pregnancy At Week 7
Overview
Congratulations -- you're on week 7!
Physical Changes

You're still not "showing," but by now you're really feeling the changes in your body. Breasts will probably be tingly and tender. You still may be experiencing morning sickness and the other symptoms of early pregnancy.

Emotional Feelings
Not too much difference this week. Hopefully you are able to implement some solutions to your physical challenges and are optimistic that you will start to feel better soon.
About Baby
The heart and lungs are becoming more developed, as well the eyes and nostrils, intestines and appendix. In the 7th week the brain and spinal cord are growing from the neural tube. Leg buds are starting to look like short fins, and hands and feet look like a plate where fingers and toes will develop. Your baby makes huge strides in size this week, growing to between 0.44 inches and 0.52 inches from crown to rump by the end of the week.
Things To Consider
Because your baby is making such giant changes this week make sure your nutrition remains top notch and if you are a smoker and have not quit already, Stop Smoking.
